Around the World (or New Jersey) with Richard Price

This week, the In Retrospect series is looking back at Richard Price’s 1992 finalist, Clockers. As Mark Athitakis points out, Price actually wrote three novels set in the fictional city of Dempsy, New Jersey: Clockers, Freedomland, and Samaritan. He discussed each of them on Charlie Rose shortly after their publication.
