Dear American Airlines and Creative Publicity

by admin | Apr-17-2008

If you, like Steve Weinberg, are looking forward to reading “Dear American Airlines: A Novel,” by Jonathan Miles, you’ll be happy to know that the author is offering the book for free download on his website.  It’s available this week only, so grab it now if you’re interested and can tolerate reading on a computer screen.

I’m curious to see how this works out publicity wise—offering free downloads as a publicity tool is becoming more and more common with some success, though it’s not yet clear if free downloads help or hurt sales.
