National Endowment for the Arts Grant to the National Book Critics Circle

Great news! It's official. The National Book Critics Circle was among those awarded grants for access to artistic excellence in literature yesterday by the National Endowment for the Arts. This is the NBCC's first ever grant. NEA head Rocco Landesman has announced that the NBCC joins the Academy of American Poets, the AWP, Poets and Writers, the 92nd Street Y, the National Book Foundation, Cave Canem, and others receiving grants.
