WaPo Update 4: The Save Book World Petition

Within a matter of hours, more than 100 authors and critics who had contributed to the Washington Post Book World signed a petition and sent letters of support to save Book World as a stand-alone book section. A hundred or more readers signed, as well. This effort failed. Click here for some of the comments and a list of the Book World contributors who banged the drum loudly.
